adding zip code and CVV on roommaster payment for cloud

Can RoomMaster/InnQuest please please please implement this into the reservation taking process?

It is costing us extra $$$$ to run cards without the CVV and ZIP code. We do not always have the option to add this information to the system during payment because many of our guests are after-hour military arrivals. We check them into the system and charge $ prior to their arrival. They pick up their keys and paperwork at our sister property.

We are not able to contact these guests to get the information, as they set up their reservations via DTS. It goes through DTS to Siteminder to our PMS with no contact information. Siteminder doesn't store the CVV or the contact information on their extranet. Neither does DTS.

When we were using SHIFT4, the CVV was allowed to be entered during the reservation process. It would be so very helpful if this could be an option with VALPAY/RMPAYMENTs.
