Can you please add a training environment to cloud for training purposes. This would help assist new employees.

when you log in, if you have a new Unread Message in your mailbox. It should come up with a Pop-up box as soon as you sign in, saying you have a New Message. This used to do this before in Old Room master, but icloud version does not do it.

Why does the system make you sign in so much during the day. Can't the expiration time be extended to at least 30 minutes minimum. Super frustrating.

Can we please make the automatic sign out a bit longer? I think at the moment it feels like it signs us out every 3-5 minutes if no one touches Icloud, can we make this abit longer? Its very annoying having to log in everytime between checkins too...
