Must Stay Restrictions

There are two major items that need to be added regarding must stay restrictions:

1. Group blocks - many group blocks are made well before a hotel would implement any must stay restrictions for the hotel in general. In this case, we should be able to implement a must stay restriction for each group block.
2. In the reservations screen, there should be an option to select must stay X number of nights. While we can use the User Fields to create a generic one, it needs to be tied to the room rate. For example, if someone has a must stay 2 nights and checks out a day early, the system should either flag the front desk associate or automatically charge for the second day.
