Letter Editor

Whilst editing letters, even in full screen mode I cannot see the whole letter, example below.

Whilst I see that it is possible to add an attachment at run-time, why is it not possible to attach one by default when creating a letter? And... for the time being, how do I go about 'uploading' documents so that they can be attached at run-time?

My last point is one I rasied last week (in part) which is the loss of formatting using copy and paste in the letter editor at run-time. I have just tested and this is also true whilst editing letters. This is a hugely limiting and time consuming factor when amending letters at whatever stage required. I do not understand why this pretty standard functionality would be disabled / not included.
