Submitting monthly ADP Data for NZ Statistics

Support NZ providers of short-term accommodation to submit monthly ADP Data for the industry statistics, in the form of directions or a ready made report and/ or automation option. The key monthly statistics being: Total stay units available and Total stay units occupied (or the Monthly Occupancy Rate). Plus, if possible, Total Guest Nights, Total Guest Arrivals, Total Domestic (NZ) Guest Nights, Total International Guest Nights and Total Other/ d/k Guest Nights.

Something helpful for the client who searches the PMS and something helpful for us directing the client as to what to do to find the information please. e.g. Go to Reports > Occupancy/ NZ Statistics/ ADP report > select month > Run report > Save as PDF/ CSV format > Send instructions
