Bring back the Denial button

Prior to roomMaster 18, there was a button that you could simply click on and enter a Denial. Quick and easy. Now, you have to go into the 'Reservation Denials' form (at least you can press Ctrl+Alt+L), and then click Insert, and then enter the denial.

Either bring back the Denial button, or perhaps even assign the short cut to the form that comes up after you press 'Insert' on the 'Reservations Denial' form.

The roomMaster Cloud help files talk about a secondary toolbar. However, I cannot find anywhere where this secondary toolbar can be enabled.
