We have recently migrated from Roommaster 17 to Roommaster 18 on the cloud-based version.
PROBLEM: When viewing individual reservations or folios and we append a flag, the flag is being truncated by the web browser. It is not possible for us to visually determine whether the folio or reservation has a flag. To view the flag, it is necessary to manually click and slide the popup window upwards slightly. Modifying the zoom size of the browser does not resolve the problem.
SOLUTION: Consider positioning the flags above the reservation or booking popup window instead of below it. It would be more conspicuous and consistently noticeable.
