Valpay Credit Card Token Request

When entering a credit card in a reservation etc, Valpay immediately requests a token. The credit card can not be saved without it. Since having Valpay we have major connection losses at least 6 times. When this happens we can't take a reservation or check someone in with a credit card. Our previous processor didn't stop us from entering the credit card, when saving the reservation it would give us a message that token failed, and we couldn't charge the card, but at least we could save the information and charge it later. This is extremely stressful on guests, staff etc, we are having to write credit cards down, explain to guests or call them back, we can't check people out if they want to use a different form of payment etc. If the connection issues can't be improved we need to at least be able to save the credit card. When we used shift 4 this was not a problem.
