Room Upgrade Accommodation Charge Posted to Incidental Folder Automatically per Day

We have an insurance company that will only pay for one room type. But the individual guest can have an upgrade if they pay the difference in the room rate. In OPERA we were able to set up the direct billing to the company, and in an incendental folio set up a fixed accommodation charge daily to their incidental folder. We have tried this via package, did not work. The only way we can find to do this is manually. There has to be a way for this to happen automatically with a daily fixed charge.
