Allow option to require guests to enter in occupancy number

Provide an option for managers to REQUIRE guests, when booking online, MUST enter in their number of occupants. Right now it defaults to 2 and a lot of people overlook this important option, meaning people will book the room and it shows as 2 adults, but may actually be 7 adults, and we do no know. Not only can cause bedding issues and fire code violations, but at our business, we charge a fee based on occupancy. Just like when you are booking online and you HAVE TO select dates for check-in/check-out. Possible solution to maybe have "0 adults" when booking online, forcing the guest to provide real number of occupants.
