Required E-Signature For IQ-Webook (Proving Agreement to Deposit/Cancellation Policies) To Win Chargebacks

We are losing chargebacks with customers who book through Webbook.

We are often told because there is no "signature" as a part of the confirmation process in Webbook, there is no way to prove the customer agreed to the deposit, cancellation policies, and potential fees after they have cancelled. This is despite the fact that we use the required checkbox in Webbook where the customer must agree to the hotel's "booking conditions" which clearly states those policies and fees. We do not have the same issue when customers book through other 3rd party websites.

1. We would like to see a required field of an E-Signature added to Webbook.

2. We would like there to be a secondary required checkbox with minimal "fine print" explaining that the customer agrees that A. ) their E-Signature is legally binding and B.) that it will be used to enforce the cancellation fees in the event of a cancellation.
