Using the HTML5 client, printing is slow and cumbersome, COM ports cannot be mapped meaning cash drawers will not work, and there is a high latency making the overall user experience poor and frustrating.
HTML5 is a great option for remote access when one is offsite. However, to make life easier for those working on front desk or in reservations, please offer the Remote App client as an option. It will fix most, if not, all issues.
