Ever since we have gone to the cloud we can no longer print our sign-in / check in sheets automatically. We have to wait until the person is completely checked in and then when the screen goes away and we have to go back and find them again and then reprint the sheet.
Also our nightly audit reports no longer print automatically either. Once the night Audit is done we have to go back and reprint the reports to get them to print.
We have voiced our concerns with your IT department and have submitted numerous tickets for all of them to fall on deaf ears from Room Master. We now as a company looking at other hotel app companies to make a switch because every since room master has went to the cloud to supposedly improve the system it has gotten way worse and making our business more difficult. It seems room master does not really care that they are making it harder for use to do business and yet your business is having this app for hotels.
We are extremely disappointed in room master and if this problem is not fixed we will be moving on to another company that actually has a app that works the way its suppose to. Also the fact that your IT department closed all our tickets and told us to write a request in this forum is also ridiculous. I think your IT department needs some serious help.
