When entering a credit card in a reservation etc, Valpay immediately requests a token. The credit card can not be saved without it. Since having Valpay we have major connection losses at least 6 times. When this happens we can't take a reservation...

We need an option to print Sign-Inn Sheets with no rates individually.

For walk-ins reservations allow the CC machine to capture CC info and guest name to populate fields in the reservation.

Clicking on "More Options" tab we could have the option to copy the reservation, including Credit Card information.

I would find this very helpful. For example, we have only 1 room type that is pet friendly, I cannot make it to where adding a pet charge online only shows up for only that room type. It shows up for ALL rooms, or NO rooms. Very problematic. Same ...
