Streamline credit card entry process (where EFTPOS is not integrated)

When entering a credit card, automatic set the cursor focus to the first field, ie credit card number. Enable user to enter month and date using the keyboard instead of forcing user to remove their hands from the keyboard to use the mouse. Constantly having to remove your hands from the keyboard makes it frustrating and slow.
