Ability to change credit card hold type

The ability to change the default hold type exists within Setup-configuration-reservations, as does the ability to customise the hold types to suit your property when you click on the 'Hold Types' button under the same section. However, the ability to customise the value for credit card doesn't exist for the tokenizer which automatically populates hold type in the reservation (and other areas) with 'CCD'. For the past 13½ years, we have always used CC, not CCD.

Add the ability to customise that value in the tokenizer as well.
