Why can't we copy/paste into email/printed guest letters?

right now there is a report called this but it does not show arrivals and departures, only stayovers.

It would be great to mark on-site events and holidays as well as any other note pertaining to the day.

the flag in the on-premise verision showed the flaf description which was helpful. The cloud verison only shows 'a flag'. Not very helpful as being colour blind I do not see the colors and even if I did I wouldn't recall 6 reasons from 6 colours. ...

We've lost the ability to flag prior guest folios - if follow up with a guest is needed this was a useful tool to quickly find the folio. Please bring this back!

We currently have to add a Special Code to a stay and manually calculate a lodging gratuity. Having the field in the Information Screen that tied to the lodging rate would be helpful.

roomMaster receives posts to rooms from POS in the master folio, would be nice if they posted automatically to incidentals when the settings were set.

a Calculator feature to bring up would be handy. There used to be one.
