the flag in the on-premise verision showed the flaf description which was helpful. The cloud verison only shows 'a flag'. Not very helpful as being colour blind I do not see the colors and even if I did I wouldn't recall 6 reasons from 6 colours. ...

I believe it's a glitch, a second print page option appear after documents are printed.

We've lost the ability to flag prior guest folios - if follow up with a guest is needed this was a useful tool to quickly find the folio. Please bring this back!

We currently have to add a Special Code to a stay and manually calculate a lodging gratuity. Having the field in the Information Screen that tied to the lodging rate would be helpful.
