Why can't we copy/paste into email/printed guest letters?

I would like to see the phone number on the folio blue box area. Name, address and country are observable but not the phone numbers.

We've lost the ability to flag prior guest folios - if follow up with a guest is needed this was a useful tool to quickly find the folio. Please bring this back!

We currently have to add a Special Code to a stay and manually calculate a lodging gratuity. Having the field in the Information Screen that tied to the lodging rate would be helpful.

It would be great to mark on-site events and holidays as well as any other note pertaining to the day.

I believe it's a glitch, a second print page option appear after documents are printed.
