Why does the system make you sign in so much during the day. Can't the expiration time be extended to at least 30 minutes minimum. Super frustrating.

When presented with the sign on screen I need to click in the user field 2 or 3 times before I can enter an ID. As this is a 'sign-on' screen, why not shift the focus automatically to the place needed?

The RoomMaster mail should have an alert button when you recieve a new message. Then staff is checking this as needed.
