We've lost the ability to flag prior guest folios - if follow up with a guest is needed this was a useful tool to quickly find the folio. Please bring this back!

We have lost access to our guest history for names with apostrophes and hyphens.

We currently have to add a Special Code to a stay and manually calculate a lodging gratuity. Having the field in the Information Screen that tied to the lodging rate would be helpful.

It would be great to mark on-site events and holidays as well as any other note pertaining to the day.

We need an option to print Sign-Inn Sheets with no rates individually.

For walk-ins reservations allow the CC machine to capture CC info and guest name to populate fields in the reservation.

Clicking on "More Options" tab we could have the option to copy the reservation, including Credit Card information.
